This past weekend we saw some great times run at the BAA 10k. American Shalane Flanagan won the Women’s race, in an American Record time of 30:52. She was followed by teammate Amy Cragg, who finished in a personal best time as well.
This is one of the most exciting times for Track and Field fans. The USA Olympic Trials are coming up in just a few days.

I like to run in shoes. Barefoot occasionally on a grass field, but 99.8% of the time in shoes. I’m pretty particular about the shoes I wear, and have gone through many a model in my short life to find some that don’t disappoint me.
